They did not question their parents’ love for them, the safety and security of their home, or their parents’ sanity or the state of their parents’ marriage. They did not witness any fighting or abuse. Their children were always clean, well-dressed, and well-fed. The Watts’ family was peaceful, loving, and kind. They did both work outside the home, steady good paying jobs, yet while they were both working their children were able to spend time when they were not in school with their loving grandmother who lived right across the street. Ronnie and Cindy Watts were church-going, God-loving people, who spent time with their children. We learned that Cindy Watts’ and her daughter sabotaged the guest list to one of the pre-wedding parties and there were supposed to be eighty guests instead of just the twenty-six guests who actually showed up. Why? Why wasn’t the suspect’s own mother interviewed by the police? And why does it appear that the hate campaign against her started on day one of her daughter-in-law’s disappearance? In the discovery documents we learned that Cindy Watts “cross-contaminated” the food at her DIL’s bridal shower. But glaringly absent from the discovery documents is any interview with Cindy Watts herself. Cindy Watts is repeatedly discussed by others who are being interviewed by the police.
